Packaging and assembly of figures

The production of each statuette is a rather complicated process, which is divided into four main stages, which we will tell you about now

Sketch development and design
All products are made according to sketches by the artist-sculptor Vadim, who combines the passion for his own work as a craftsman with creativity and the desire to create something unique and inimitable. After the approval of the sketch, a detailed 3D project is developed

Hand sculpting
After the approval of the project, the production process begins, samples are made, Work on the manufacture of ceramics begins with modeling. Professional sculptors and ceramists create a common composition, after which the elaboration of individual elements begins. The product is given the necessary shape, various decorative effects are made.

Painting
The painting of the product is carried out in stages. The paints are applied alternately, from a higher firing temperature to a lower one. As a rule, there are from 4 to 6 roasts for each piece of the product, but there may be more. Glazes are used according to their own recipe, as well as elite foreign manufacturers. At the painting stage, the Customer can make adjustments to the color of the product.

Packaging
After the end of the manufacturing process, the ceramics are packed in shockproof packaging material and boxes and transported to the installation site. International delivery is possible.
